Research Strategies’ in-house Telephone Operations Center has a thirty-five (35) station capacity. Each station uses a computerized system compatible with most known database software. Professionally trained interviewers are carefully selected for their hospitality traits, demeanor and ability to overcome high rejection rates attributed to typical high pressure, telesales solicitations. Research Strategies’ arsenal of software programs includes SPSS, Sawtooth, Access 2007, Microsoft 2007 and Research Strategies’ proprietary software.

Research Strategies also has an eight (8) station Business-to-Business Telephone Operations Center. This center is staffed with professionals, from various business sectors, who have the ability to penetrate today’s business executive’s communication defenses. These researchers have the business knowledge and experience to converse with business people from CEOs to line management.  

Research Strategies has conducted over 1,500 telephone research projects measuring everything from product/service perception to marketplace pressures and feasibility assessments. Research Strategies has a well-respected, national reputation for obtaining Random Digit Data (RDD).  This technical process ensures our clients that the research is being conducted with individuals who have not been preconditioned by being previously subjected to other qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. The advantage gained by RDD is that the research participants are “fresh” and do not have any preconceived opinions and have not formulated a perception of themselves as being research experts.

Research Strategies’ Telephone Operations Center conducts in excess of 25,000 completed telephone surveys per year.  The Consumer Telephone Operations Center usually operates Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM in each time zone. On occasion the Center’s operation starts as early as 9:00 AM weekdays and Saturdays if the target audience’s psychographics and work profile requires.

Research Strategies does not employ the use of automated dialers. These machines continue to be a primary source of irritation with the public. Our continuous on-site monitoring validates a minimum of 10% of each researcher’s calls. We follow standard procedures developed by the Marketing Research Association as well as Data Collection guidelines for the Council of American Survey Research Organizations.
